Dry Wall Patching

Since 1977, Dun-rite Drywall has supplied a stage of expert craftsmanship for Drywall repair and installation. If the opening is deep, enable the patch to dry, sand evenly with a hundred and twenty-grit sandpaper, and reapply spackling compound. Use metal snips to cut a piece of new corner bead to suit the restore area (picture three). Apply a coat of joint compound to the nook, set the bead in place then apply another layer of joint compound over it. Let dry utterly then add one other layer or two of compound depending on what is needed (picture four).

With the right tools and know-how, a professional can patch your holes rapidly and smoothly, in order that it blends in almost completely with the rest of the wall. Then merely use the removed section of wall to repair the opening when your work is complete.
